PROJECT: SOCIAL MEDIA
Daytime Healthcare Recruitment is a premier nursing agency who focuses on providing cover for day shifts. We were hired by Daniel Olumese, MD, to manage their social media accounts. We were responsible for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
At the start of the contract we defined the goals. Here at EIDA, we’re passionate about delivering value in everything that we do and it was important that we weren’t just doing social media ‘for the sake of it’.
The 3 main goals we identified were:
- Drive traffic to the DHR website
- Convert visitors into registered job candidates
- Communicate new jobs vacancies and brand awareness
Once these were defined, we did an audit of their existing channels – including hashtag analysis – agreed on aspects such as tone, language and code of conduct. We then developed a post schedule to manage both existing content, as well as content we created.
Within the first month, we saw a 150% increase in social media traffic to the website. Total page views were also up compared to the previous period. The job ad posts on Facebook had an average click-through-rate (CTR) of 6.62%
